 ROMAN BLINDS

Roman blinds are a neat solution for many windows and can bring out the decorative woodwork on a well finished window opening. The roman blinds here are unstructured blinds that pull up in softer folds than a standard roman blind which has dowels at every pleat. This blind is made up in a classic Colefax and Fowler chintz which suits the country Georgian splendour of the Ballyfin House Hotel spa where these were commissioned for. A blackout lining was added to give dim lighting conductive to the massage therapy room. 

Blackout can be added to any roman blind and is particularly suitable for childrens' rooms. Roman blinds are also a perfect option for patio doors and kitchen areas. We usually add an interlining to our romans to improve the quality of the drape and finish.
